Hello and thank you for showing interest in my web site.

As a result of a lifetime in keelboats, it became high time for a new challenge; sailing and racing a fast ocean going trimaran. Het belangrijste deel van deze website is dedicated to the building of this boat, the Ian Farrier designed F-39 trimaran.

Among other things this site was created for following this building project, in particular for family and friends, but also in a hope that others may be inspired to transform dreams into plans. I like this way of sharing my experience, which has resulted in this now very popular website and a lot of contacts and feedback from others. That's nice and very motivating! Taking more than 4000 photo's, various video’s and writing up of what I was doing turned out to be invaluable and because of that is motivating in its own right.
